As a holistic therapist my mission is to provide treatments to heal mind,body and soul-enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

As well as having a level 2 diploma in Beauty Specialist Techniques and Level 3 in Beauty Massage I also have qualifications in reiki, reflexology, relaxation therapy, journal therapy, crystal healing, tarot and meditation.

My physical treatments such as massage, facials and reflexology promote immediate feelings of relaxation and improved physical well being. However, as a holistic practitioner I recognise that often, issues such as muscle tension, poor sleep and difficulties relaxing-the type of problems for which someone might seek a massage for example, can result from emotional stress and worry. With this in mind, my aim is to sooth and heal the mind and soul so that you can extend the feeling of relaxation outside the treatment room.

I therefore offer a range of tools and therapies to enhance spiritual and emotional well being and increase clarity and self awareness. These may be included as part of another treatment or as a stand alone service and include-meditation, reiki and crystal healing and intuitive guidance using tarot and oracle. I have a real passion for using tarot and oracle to really help my clients to tap into their intuition and ask themselves questions and gain a really deep insight into how they are feeling in order for them to achieve clarity and confidence in taking their next steps and moving forward.

As you can see the ethos of Enhance Holistics is all about promoting self love and self care and igniting our powers of intuition and instinct in order to achieve a peaceful state of mind.

Treatments are carried out in my tranquil holistic healing room based in Billinge. My priority is to create a feeling of well being and relaxation in my clients while carrying out a quality professional service.
